Card Vault Consign is the register, consignment vault and player app built for trading card shops — one system that runs the counter, tracks every consigned card, and gives your players an app that brings them back into the store.

FOR SHOPS

The register

Point of sale with cash drawer, store credit, card and cash tender
Staff PINs with Owner, Manager and Cashier roles
Shift open and close with cash counts, variance warnings and shift reports backed up to the cloud
Works on your phone and on Windows, with cross-device backups and a main-device handover

The consignment vault

Card pictures, condition, grading, price and owner on every card
Checkout matches consigned cards automatically when they sell, and credits the right consignor
Consignor ledgers: what each collector is owed, payouts made, store credit held
Bulk intake from card-scanner CSV exports, or search and add one card at a time

Buying from players

Players send you cards to consign or sell outright, straight from their app
Negotiate offers in your Inbox; the player accepts, counters or declines
Drop-off appointments: the player offers times, you pick one, nothing finalizes until they’re at the counter
Private notes on every drop-off — grading accurate, on time, no-show — rolled up per player so you know who you’re dealing with

Products and pre-orders

Sealed product inventory with on-hand counts and low-stock warnings
Pre-orders for upcoming Magic sets: price your boxes, bundles, prerelease packs and launch-party entry, and players reserve from their app and pay at the counter

Customers, events and more

Customer records for app players and walk-ins alike, with store credit balances
Events and tournaments posted to every player who follows your shop, with a bracket maker to run them
A public shop page players find on the map, with your picture and what you’re buying
Rewards and referrals that pay out in store credit at your shop
