Track steps, runs, and workouts with a fitness tracker that works for you, not on you.

Simple Fitness & Workouts turns your everyday movement into clear, honest numbers, and keeps every one of them on your phone. No ads. No data selling. No account. Just a fitness tracker that does its job and respects you.

■ WE DON'T WANT YOUR DATA
We'd rather build great apps and wearables than harvest your information. Your steps, workouts, and health numbers stay on your device, where we never see them.
• Nothing is uploaded, sold, or shared, without your approval
• No ads and no third-party trackers
• No sign-up and no account needed to use basic features
• Export everything to CSV, or wipe it for good, anytime

■ EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS, AT A GLANCE
• An all-day step counter running 24/7 in the background
• Active energy, active minutes, and recent activity on one clean home screen
• A card layout you can rearrange, add to, or trim to fit you

■ A STEP COUNTER YOU CAN TRUST
• Uses your phone's built-in motion sensor with no extra hardware needed
• Counts steps in the background, even when the app is closed
• Turns steps into distance, calories, and active minutes automatically
• Works as a simple pedometer or a full workout tracker

■ TRACK EVERY MOVE
• Log walks, runs, cycling, gym, and yoga
• Optional GPS tracking for distance and pace
• Live heart rate from any Bluetooth monitor — free, forever
• A built-in voice coach that calls out time, distance, pace, and heart-rate zones

■ NUMBERS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES
Most trackers hand you a score and hide the math. We show ours. Every estimate is built on published sports-science methods, explained in plain language:
• Calories — Mifflin-St Jeor resting energy, plus heart-rate (Keytel), GPS pace (ACSM), and activity-type methods
• Recovery — the Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) sports scientists use, so you know when to push and when to rest
• Activity stress — heart-rate-zone training load that adapts to your own fitness

■ BUILT FOR EVERYDAY HEALTH
Whether you're taking your first daily walks or easing back into a routine, this is a fitness tracker that meets you where you are:
• See progress without pressure, no forced streaks, no guilt
• Understand your numbers instead of just collecting them
• Add a Bluetooth heart-rate strap whenever you're ready

■ MADE FOR
• Beginners building a daily walking or step-count habit
• Runners, walkers, and cyclists who want distance and pace
• Anyone who wants a private step counter, calorie counter, and workout tracker in one
• People who want their health data to stay on their own device

■ ALWAYS FREE, THE RIGHT WAY
Step counting, GPS, Bluetooth heart rate, and data export are free, and stay free. No paywalls on the things that matter, and no upsell during your workout.

Health tech should work for you, not profit from you. Simple Fitness & Workouts is our first step toward the health tools we wish existed.

Your health stays yours.
