Industrial Logic Simulator Pro is a hands-on PLC training lab for electricians, apprentices, technicians and engineering students. Program a PLC in ladder logic, wire it to motors, contactors, drives and hydraulics on a live canvas, press RUN and watch the machine respond, with physics that follows real-world formulas.

🎓 LEARN STEP BY STEP
Twelve guided machines build on each other. Each has a "How it works" guide that highlights every part and rung it explains, with real numbers:
1. DOL start/stop with a seal-in circuit
2. Protection: motor circuit breaker, overload relay, fault lamps
3. Forward/reverse with electrical and program interlocks
4. Star-delta starter with timers and a power meter
5. Hydraulic power unit: pump, relief valve, 4/3 valve, cylinder
6. Automatic cycle with position sensors
7. Variable speed drive (VSD): soft start and preset speeds
8. Two-speed hoist: VSD slow, DOL fast, brake and limit switches
9. Conveyor batch counter
10. Safe machine: E-stop, safety relay, HAND-OFF-AUTO
11. Box sorter with a photo-eye and pusher
12. PID positioning of a hydraulic cylinder

🔍 FAULT FINDING (NEW)
Nine machines you know, each with a hidden fault: a broken wire, a burnt coil, a dead sensor, a stuck contact or a wrong setting. Read the operator's report, measure with the probe like a multimeter, report the faulty part, repair it and prove the machine works. Up to 3 stars per job for finding it with few measurements. Three jobs are free.

📅 DAILY CHALLENGE (NEW)
A new control job every day at your level: Apprentice, Technician or Engineer. Timers, counters, interlocks, sequences, alarms and more, with every editor tool unlocked. Saturday brings a boss job for double XP.

⚡ PLC LADDER LOGIC EDITOR
• NO/NC contacts, coils, set/reset latches and edge triggers
• TON/TOF timers, CTU/CTD counters, math and compare blocks
• PID control and servo positioning (DRV/DRVZ)

🔧 MOTOR CONTROL & ELECTRICAL
• The three-phase power circuit is drawn for you: breaker → contactor → overload → motor
• Real motor physics: starting current, torque, load, inertia, slip and class-10 overload
• DOL, reversing, star-delta and two-speed starters, VSDs with fault codes, servo drives
• E-stop, safety relay, stack light, pilot lights and selector switches
• Ammeters, power meter (kW, cos φ, kWh), gauges and an oscilloscope

💧 HYDRAULICS
• Pumps, tanks, relief valves, directional and proportional valves
• Cut-away cylinders with live pressure; they stall at relief and share the pump's flow

📦 CONVEYORS, SENSORS & HMI
Conveyors with boxes, photo-eyes, prox sensors, encoders and a pusher for sorting. Build an operator panel with buttons, lights, gauges, sliders, recipes and live trend charts.

🏆 100 CHALLENGES · 📚 35 ACADEMY LESSONS
Challenges run from your first contact to complete systems. Lessons cover PLC logic, wiring, motors and drives, hydraulics, conveyors, machine safety and the fault-finding method, with formulas, worked examples and quizzes. Earn XP and badges, and rise from Apprentice to Grandmaster Engineer.
