TurboClad does the pattern development for insulation cladding and prints it full size. No working out true lengths from a table: lay the template on the sheet, scribe round it and cut.

Pick the fitting, put in the pipe size, insulation thickness and angle, and choose where you want the seam. The pattern comes out 1:1 with the cut line, fold lines, laps, swages and rivet holes already on it, plus a 100 mm check bar on every sheet so you can prove the scale before you cut.

FITTINGS
• Mitred elbows, any angle, with A/B/C/D bend types
• Lobsterback bends, any number of gores
• Double bends, bend onto bend with the twist
• Tees and incline tees, equal and unequal, trunnions and Y branches
• Reducers and cones: concentric, flat back and oblique
• Square to round and rectangle to round transitions
• Watershed tops, round and square boxes, valve boxes
• Dome ends and dished ends
• Pipe chart: DN, OD and bend radii

ON THE JOB
• Put the seam wherever you want it and the pattern follows
• Spin the fitting in 3D before you print, then watch it unwrap into the flat pattern
• Worked to the outside of the insulation, which is what you are actually wrapping
• Mark-out figures on screen if there is no printer to hand
• Save jobs and reprint them later
• Works on tablets both ways up
• No account and no sign-in. Your sizes and jobs stay on your phone

FREE AND PRO
The mitred elbow, the reducer and the pipe chart are free for good, with no adverts and no trial clock, and they print the same full size patterns as Pro. Try one on your own metal first.

Pro unlocks every fitting and saved jobs. Already have a TurboClad code? Enter it in the app.

TurboClad is a drawing tool, not an engineering approval. Always offer the first template up to the metal before cutting a batch.
