Rimas Checklist is the app for teams that run operational routines in the field — store opening and closing, inspections, audits, cleaning, maintenance, stock counts — and need to turn those routines into verifiable evidence and traceable approval.

Build checklist templates with categories and items. For each item, choose the evidence type: photo, video, number, text, signature, location, or a simple checkbox. Mark which items are required, which need individual approval, and which block the whole checklist if rejected.

KEY FEATURES

📋 Versioned templates
Build from scratch, duplicate from another template, or import from the public library. Every version is recorded for audit purposes.

📸 Rich evidence per item
Photo, video, GPS, digital signature, numeric value, free text — pick the type of proof per item. Capture in the moment, on the operations floor.

✅ Configurable approval
Set approvers at three levels: the whole template, a category, or a single critical item. Blocking items prevent the checklist from moving forward if rejected.

👥 Workspaces and roles
Organize your operation by unit, region, or client. Assign checklists to users or groups. Clear roles: owner, admin, executor.

🏪 Template library
Ready-to-use templates for retail, food service, services, residential buildings, schools, and multi-unit operations. Import, adapt to your flow, and use.

🎨 Your brand identity
Companies can customize color, logo, and domain. The operation uses the app with the company's face.

WHO IT'S FOR

Retail chains, franchises, restaurants, residential buildings, schools, facility maintenance — any multi-unit operation that needs to turn routine into verifiable evidence.
