You already know you use your phone too much. ScreenSham makes you actually do something about it.

Set a daily time limit for your most addictive apps — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever steals your focus. When you hit your limit, ScreenSham blocks them and locks you out. And when you try to sneak back in? It roasts you.

Not a gentle nudge. A roast.

── HOW IT WORKS ──

① Pick the app that wastes most of your time
② Set a daily limit that feels just a bit uncomfortable
③ ScreenSham runs silently in the background tracking your usage
④ When you hit the limit, the app is blocked
⑤ When you try to open it anyway, you get called out

── WHY IT WORKS ──

Most screen time apps rely on willpower. ScreenSham adds friction and embarrassment — two things that actually change habits.

The roast notifications are short, specific, and funny enough to share. Users report that the embarrassment alone is enough to make them put the phone down.
