Lift first. Scroll later.

LiftOnly keeps your phone on today's workout until every set is done. No more "quick look" at your feed between sets that turns into a 6-minute rest.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tap Start at the gym: other apps bring you back to your workout until it's finished. Training days remind you, nothing locks by itself.
• Check each set when it's done. Did fewer reps? Hold the set and log what you really did.
• A rest timer runs between sets. Rest too long and it buzzes, beeps and gets harsher, even with the screen off.
• Finish the last set and your phone unlocks for the day.

TRACK WHAT MATTERS
• Every set is saved: weight, reps, rest, and how it felt (🔥 😐 🥱).
• Hard sets per muscle per week, against the usual 10–20 set target. Helper muscles count as half a set.
• Personal records, weekly streaks, weight lifted per muscle week over week.
• Done everything as planned? LiftOnly suggests +2.5 kg next time.
• Share your session as a story image.

YOUR PROGRAM
• Starts with a push / pull / legs week. Change days, exercises, sets, reps, loads and supersets anytime.
• 80+ exercises with search and muscle filters, plus your own.
• Not a training day but feel like it? "Train now" locks you in.

LIFTONLY PRO
• Strict mode: 2 skips a month, or none.
• 4-week overload blocks with a deload week.
• Full record history, unlimited programs, share any past workout.
• 7-day free trial, monthly or lifetime.

NEVER TRAPPED
• Phone calls, emergency calls and Settings are always reachable.
• Hold "Skip today" for 10 seconds to unlock the day.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Your workouts never leave your phone.
• The lock uses Android's Accessibility service only to notice which app opens. It cannot read your screen.
