My Brian turns real EEG brain measurements into a clear, playful daily training habit. Pair a compatible Muse headband and My Brian reads your brain activity, then translates it into easy-to-read scores and friendly guidance from Brian, your personal brain-health companion — so you can understand how you focus, build mental capacity, and recover from a demanding day.

No confusing charts. Just a simple number you can act on, a short routine, and a collection of characters to unlock as you improve.

THREE WAYS TO TRAIN

Capacity — Fly Brian's rocket through an attention challenge, then sort helpers in a fast filter game. Together they measure how well you sustain and control your focus under pressure, and give you a Capacity Score.

Load — A focus timer that tracks your mental effort while you work, so you can see when you're in the zone and when it's time for a break. Ends with your Load Score.

Recovery — Guided breathing with live biofeedback: watch your flame settle as you calm your mind and body, then a short eyes-closed rest to measure how well you switch off. Ends with your Recovery Score.

WHY MY BRIAN WORKS

• Real brain data, made simple — Advanced on-device signal processing turns EEG into a clear score plus focus, calm and heart-rate insights.

• Personal to you — My Brian learns your own baseline over time, so every score reflects your progress, not a generic average.

• See your trend — Each result compares to your recent sessions, so you always know if you're moving in the right direction.

• Play and collect — Earn bronze, silver, gold and platinum characters as your performance climbs, and grow your home village.

• Better together — Join your team, contribute to a shared score, and stay motivated alongside colleagues.

• A gentle routine — A simple schedule keeps you consistent. A few minutes a day is all it takes.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE

Whether you're a busy professional managing daily stress, a team focused on wellbeing, or simply curious about your own mind, My Brian gives you a friendly, science-based way to measure and strengthen your cognitive health.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

My Brian is built privacy-first and fully GDPR-compliant. Raw EEG never leaves your device — only the processed insights are securely synced to your account. You choose what to share, and you can export or delete your data at any time.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A compatible Muse EEG headband (sensors at TP9, AF7, AF8, TP10) connects over Bluetooth. Once paired, My Brian guides you through each session and handles the analysis automatically. You can also explore the games without a headband — you just won't get an EEG score.
