Personal training software for gyms, trainers, and their clients.

TrainerMetrics Connect puts your personal training operation on your phone.

Built for the gym floor, not the back office. Check a client's history before they walk in, log a fitness assessment between sets, and message your team without switching apps.

FOR TRAINERS AND MANAGERS

Run your day from one place.

• See your schedule, open tasks, and events the moment you open the app
• Review a client's full history, goals, and metrics before every session
• Build and assign multi-week workout programs, then copy a week forward in seconds
• Capture assessments and body composition results on the spot
• Message clients and staff without leaving the platform
• Track which clients are overdue, unassigned, or missing paperwork

FOR CLIENTS

Your trainer can invite you to work alongside them in the same app.

• See your assigned workouts, sessions, and tasks so you always know what is next
• Follow your client progress tracking with body composition, fitness test results, and progress photos
• Message your trainer directly, without giving out your personal phone number
• Open trainer notes and reference videos so you are never guessing about form
• Find your intake forms and test results in one place

RESULTS HAPPEN BETWEEN SESSIONS

A trainer sees a client two or three hours a week. The rest of the week is where progress is won or lost. Scheduled programming and in-app messaging keep the work going on the days clients train alone.

BUILT TO CONNECT

TrainerMetrics works alongside the gym management systems your facility already runs, including member management platforms and body composition technology like InBody, so client records stay in one place instead of scattered across folders and spreadsheets.

BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD

TrainerMetrics Connect requires an account. Trainers and managers sign in with the credentials their facility provided. Clients need an invitation from their trainer to get started.

If your facility does not use TrainerMetrics yet, visit trainermetrics.com to request a demo.
