Eating out with a food allergy should feel like a good time, not a pop quiz. Quirks helps you find restaurants, food trucks and events near you, see what people have said about the allergens in the food, and make the call yourself.

And here's the part we're proud of: Quirks never says a dish is safe. It says who said so.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Explore the map for places to eat near you
- Spot gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and other tags at a glance
- See who is behind every tag: the restaurant itself, a diner who ate there, or our software reading a public menu. Each one is labeled as exactly what it is
- Read how a restaurant says it handles allergens, in its own words
- Join in! Add a dish you ordered, vote on a tag you can confirm, or share what a kitchen told you. Real people read what you send
- Save favorite places, dishes and posts to your lists, follow people and places you like, and find food trucks and events
- Use it in English, Spanish or French

THE FINE PRINT (friendly, but we mean every word)
- Quirks is not medical advice and not a safety guarantee. Nobody at Quirks visits kitchens, watches food being made, or tests anything. What you see comes from restaurants, other diners and automated reading of public menus, and it can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
- If you have a food allergy, celiac disease or any other medical condition, always confirm with the restaurant before you order, every single time. Menus, ingredients and kitchens change, and cross-contact can happen even when a dish looks safe.
- We are a young app. Some areas have lots of information, many have very little, and none of it is finished.
- You are responsible for your own food choices. Use Quirks as a helpful starting point, never as your only source.
- You must be 13 or older to use Quirks.

QUIRKS PLUS (totally optional)
Reading every allergen claim in Quirks is free, forever, for everyone. Quirks Plus is an optional subscription that adds your own saved lists, list alerts, more usernames and more. It costs $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, and prices may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
