MEA TCL Academy is the sales-floor training app for TCL promoters across the Middle East, Africa, Pakistan and Türkiye, for air conditioning and TV.

Ask it a question the way you would ask a colleague - in English, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish or French - and get an answer drawn from TCL's official training material, in the language you asked in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Sales Coach
Ask about any model, specification, warranty term or customer objection. Answers come from the official product documents rather than guesswork, and each one is written to be used in front of a customer.

Search
One box over every training video, spec card and document. Type a model, a feature or "Level 2" and open the result straight away.

Video courses
Training videos organised as Level 1, 2 and 3 courses, chapter by chapter, with your progress and an assessment for each level.

Spec and Product Cards
Every one-pager, spec sheet and selling guide in one place, filtered by model series. Open a card, read it, then ask the assistant to explain it.

Compare
Two models side by side, with the rows a customer asks about and what the step up buys.

AC Capacity Calculator
Size the right unit for a room in seconds - floor area, ceiling height, sun exposure and glass - so you can answer "which one do I need?" on the spot.

Knowledge checks
Short exams on individual documents, with a monthly leaderboard, so a team can see what it knows and which material nobody has opened yet.

FIVE LANGUAGES, PROPERLY
English, Arabic, Urdu, Turkish and French, including full right-to-left layout for Arabic and Urdu. Ask in any of them and the coach replies in the same one.

BUILT FOR A SHOP FLOOR
Fast on a phone and on a slow connection. Nothing to configure. Content is updated centrally, so what a promoter reads is always the current version.

MEA TCL Academy (formerly Breezy) is intended for TCL promoters, distributors and retail partners. Some competitive material is reserved for authorised promoters.
