LumaRecorder is a straightforward screen recorder for Android. Start recording in one tap, control it from a floating bubble or the notification shade, and get a clean MP4 saved straight to your device. No sign-up, no account.

RECORD THE WAY YOU WANT
• Resolution from 480p up to 1440p
• 24, 30, or 60 frames per second
• Bitrate from 4 up to 24 Mbps
• H.264, H.265, or AV1 video codec
• Auto rotation, or lock to portrait or landscape
• Optional hardware acceleration

MICROPHONE AND INTERNAL AUDIO TOGETHER
Capture your voice and the sound coming from your apps at the same time, mixed into a single track. Useful for commentary over gameplay, walkthroughs with narration, or tutorials.
• Microphone only, internal audio only, both mixed, or silent
• Optional noise reduction on the microphone

WATERMARK, AND HOW TO TURN IT OFF
Recordings carry a small LumaRecorder watermark by default. You can turn it off by watching a short rewarded video whenever you like — there is nothing to buy, and watching is always your choice. Each one gives you a stretch of watermark-free recording, and they stack if you watch more than one.

CONTROLS THAT STAY OUT OF THE WAY
• Draggable floating bubble with a live timer, pause, and stop
• The same controls in your notification shade
• Pause and resume — the finished file has no gap where the pause was
• Countdown of 3, 5, or 10 seconds before recording starts
• Optionally stop recording automatically when the screen locks
• Optionally show touch indicators while recording

YOUR FILES STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
• Save to Movies, DCIM, or Documents
• Choose how recordings are named
• Built-in library to browse, play, share, and delete what you have recorded
• Recordings are never uploaded anywhere

PRIVACY
LumaRecorder has no account system and asks for no location permission. It does not read your gallery — it lists only the files it created itself. Your recordings stay on your device, and they leave it only when you share one yourself through Android's share sheet.

The app is free and supported by ads. Rewarded videos are always optional, and watching one can remove the watermark or give you a stretch of ad-free use.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Requires Android 10 or newer.
• Android shows its own screen-capture consent dialog before every recording session.
• Internal audio capture depends on the app being recorded allowing it. Some apps block capture of their own sound, and DRM-protected video will not record.
• A single recording can run for up to 4 hours.
