Sisyphus is a gym tracker that knows what you've recovered from and what
to lift next. No account, no subscription, nothing behind a paywall.

── KNOW WHAT'S RECOVERED ──
A muscle heatmap scored from the volume you've actually logged, so you can
see which muscles are fresh and which still need rest before you plan a
session. Templates get ranked by readiness, so the first one you see is the
one you're ready for.

── YOUR NEXT SET, ALREADY WORKED OUT ──
Turn on progression targets and every set arrives with a suggested weight
and rep count, built from your own history and your target rep range.
Hit the top of the range and the next suggestion goes up.

── WEIGHTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY LOAD ──
Tell Sisyphus what's on the floor at your gym: bar weights, the plates you
have and how your dumbbells step up. Suggestions then only ever land on a
number you can actually make, and each one shows the plates to put on the
bar. Odd bars are handled per exercise, so a 9 kg preacher bar stays 9 kg.

── STATS ──
Volume tracking, estimated 1RM progress graphs, personal bests, and a
muscle radar chart so you can see whether your training is balanced.

── LOGGING ──
Unlimited templates and unlimited history. Warm-up sets, optional RPE,
supersets and notes. Rest timers with alerts, so you know when to go again
without staring at your phone.

── NO SUBSCRIPTION ──
Every feature is in the app from the first launch. No trial, no tiers,
nothing saved for a paid version.

── BRING YOUR HISTORY ──
Coming from another tracker? Import a CSV export — including Strong's — and
your charts, records and volume are there from the first session.

── OFFLINE AND YOURS ──
No account, no sign-in, no cloud. Everything stays on your device. Export
a full backup file whenever you want and keep it wherever you keep your
files.

── THEMES ──
Dark and light, or generate your own accent colour and it applies across
every screen.
