See the wind before you ride, and see who's riding with you. Wind2Ride is a cycling route planner that shows headwind, tailwind and crosswind along every segment of your route — and who else plans to ride it, from your club or nearby.

PLAN BY THE WIND
On long, flat rides — coasts, plains, steppes — wind decides whether your ride is a flow state or a fight. A 5 m/s headwind can add an hour to a 100 km route. Wind2Ride forecasts the wind on every segment for the moment you reach it, scores the whole route, and lets you pick the day, time and direction that suit you.
- Color-coded route map: green = tailwind, red = headwind, for every segment
- Ride verdict: one line on how the ride will feel, from "Great ride now" to "Brutal headwind today"
- Wind index and speed impact — see the minutes the wind gives or costs you
- Week view: the whole forecast in one grid, colored by wind — pick the day and hour in one tap
- Rain along the route — see where and when you'd ride into it
- Atlas map style: relief, forests and water, and a windsock at every point showing the wind when you get there
- Reverse the route to instantly check the wind in the opposite direction
- A pre-ride alert before your start and a reminder the evening before

- Plan club rides: tick "Notify the club", invite riders, add a note on the meeting point and pace
- See who's going on every ride card
