How are your people really feeling?

mitis is a mood sharing app for the people who matter most, with a calm side for you: places to breathe in, sleep sounds to mix, small habits to keep and 50+ guided rituals. Share how you feel with friends, family or your partner in one tap. No posts, no likes, no performing. Just moods.

SHARE YOUR MOOD IN SECONDS

Pick one of 8 moods: Joy, Trust, Fear, Calm, Sadness, Disgust, Anger or Tired. Set how intense it feels. Share it with your circles. Done. Your friends can send a hug, a high five or a heart without a single word. A daily emotional check-in that takes less time than a text.

CIRCLES: A MOOD TRACKER FOR YOUR PEOPLE

Private circles for family, close friends, your partner or your team. See how everyone feels at a glance, with live updates and none of the noise.

• Family circle: know when mom is having a rough day.
• Friends circle: stay close without constant chatting.
• Couples: share feelings with your partner without having to explain.

Secret circles let you share a mood without your name attached. The mood widget puts your circle on your home screen.

PLACES: SOMEWHERE CALM TO BREATHE (NEW)

Step into 20+ sceneries: a forest clearing, a quiet shore, a snow cabin, an aurora lake, a sea cave. Each one in the morning, at midday and at night, gently alive, with the sounds that belong there. Swipe to look around, start a ritual there, set a sleep timer and let the sound fade on its own. Free for everyone.

SLEEP SOUNDS, YOUR OWN MIX (NEW)

60 sounds in four families: nature (rain on leaves or on a window, thunder, streams, waves, wind, fire, birds, a purring cat), city (café, train, night streets), home (fan, clock, washing machine, coffee) and white, pink and brown noise. With mitis+, open the sound mixer: set each sound's level, place it in the picture with headphone 3D, choose the light and the weather, and keep your atmospheres for sleep, meditation or focus.

SMALL HABITS, DAY AFTER DAY (NEW)

A gentle habit tracker: up to three habits at a time, picked from 30 small actions or written in your own words. Once a day or several times, with reminders, a monthly calendar and your streak. Three starter paths to begin: Morning energy, Better sleep, Movement. Propose shared habits to your circle.

PICK HOW YOUR MOODS LOOK

Meet the chaxolot, a plush cat-axolotl whose gills and tail take your mood's colour. New: the cloud chaxolots, 36 little clay companions resting on drifting clouds, one for every mood and every two-mood mix, each with its own moves (mitis+). Or choose Soft matter, a clay pebble, or Nebula, a cosmic cloud.

YOUR EMOTIONAL JOURNEY

Every mood you share becomes part of your private history. Look back over weeks and months and spot patterns. A mood journal you never have to write.

50+ GUIDED RITUALS

Breathing exercises (Box Breathing, 4-7-8, Resonant Breathing, Physiological Sigh), grounding (5-4-3-2-1 Senses, Body Scan), movement, music playlists for focus, calm or energy, journaling, meditation and wind-down routines for better sleep. Each one is timed, guided step by step and backed by science. For stress relief, anxiety, focus or sleep.
