Screen Test & Fix turns your phone or tablet into a toolkit for the display: check it, fix it, light a room with it, or hand it to a friend for a harmless prank. Everything works offline, nothing to sign up for, no ads.

SCREEN TESTS
• Dead pixel test — step through white, black, red, green and blue to find dead and stuck pixels in two minutes.
• Grey screen — a 50% grey field that reveals uneven backlight and tint drift that white and black hide.
• Burn-in fixer — colour cycle, fast RGB flicker or moving noise on a timer to clear image retention and free stuck pixels on OLED and AMOLED panels.
• Screen resolution — physical pixels, CSS pixels, pixel ratio, aspect ratio and colour depth of this device.

SCREENS & LIGHT
• White screen — a fullscreen softbox for video calls, a light table for tracing, a clean field for cleaning the glass.
• Black screen — true #000000; on OLED the pixels switch off, handy as a “screen off” that keeps the phone awake.
• Red, green, blue, yellow, orange, pink, purple, grey and custom colours with a colour picker.
• Chroma green and blue for keying, SMPTE colour bars and a “No signal” screen, TV static.

SCREENSAVERS
• DVD logo that bounces around and hits the corner.
• Matrix rain, flip clock with 12/24-hour time.
• Halloween: a cinematic graveyard, haunted house, corridor and moonlit forest built from real footage, with fog, lightning, creatures and optional sound — or a cozy classic style with ghosts and pumpkins.
• Christmas snow.

SOUND & SLEEP
• White, pink, green and brown noise over a black screen with a sleep timer.
• Rain on the window with light, heavy or thunder rain, a dark-screen mode and a timer.

TIMERS
• Fullscreen countdowns from 5 minutes to 2 hours with an alarm.

PRANKS
• Broken screen: tap anywhere and the glass cracks right there with sound; hold for a full shatter; download the result as a wallpaper.
• Fake blue screen of death (Windows 11, 10 and XP) with a reboot loop, fake Windows update stuck at 99%, hacker typer.

Tap any screen for true fullscreen with the system bars hidden. The display stays awake while a test or screensaver runs.
