Professional proof of every job — from the first measurement to final handover.

R.K WorkProof is an offline job documentation app for tradespeople, installers, service technicians and small businesses. Record what was agreed, measured, installed and accepted, then generate a professional PDF ready to share with your customer.

MADE FOR FIELD PROFESSIONALS

Use ready-made workflows for carpentry, furniture and kitchen fitting, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, solar installations, flooring, windows and doors, machine service and other installation or maintenance jobs.

DOCUMENT THE COMPLETE JOB

• choose the trade and document type
• record customer, location and job details
• define the agreed scope of work
• enter measurements, materials and technical notes
• complete quality-control checklists
• add photos before, during and after the work
• capture customer and contractor signatures
• generate and share a clear professional PDF
• save, search, edit and duplicate previous documents

PURPOSE-BUILT DOCUMENTS

Create dedicated documents for different stages of a job, including measurements, installation, service, inspection, handover and work acceptance. Each document keeps the relevant details, checks, photos and signatures together.

BUILT AS PROOF OF WORK

A WorkProof PDF creates a consistent record of the job for both the professional and the customer. It helps make handovers clearer, reduce misunderstandings and present your work professionally.

PRIVATE AND OFFLINE

No account is required. The app contains no advertising or analytics. Your job data is processed and stored locally on your device. A document leaves the app only when you choose to share its PDF.

From the first site visit to the final signature, keep every important detail in one place and leave every customer with professional documentation.
