What do you actually want? Imagoria helps you see it more clearly: a practice that deepens your imagination and makes room in your head. Add the dreams that matter to you, and every morning one of them is the dream of the day: a few minutes imagining it with your own photographs, a few honest words on how it felt, and one sharp question to think it through. Not a to-do list, not a vision board. A daily practice that makes your dreams concrete, and helps you see which ones are truly yours.

why
There's always something that pulls you. Maybe you can name it. Maybe not yet: the goal you keep circling, the thing you'd start if you were sure. Imagoria gives it a place, makes it vivid, and lets you test it against yourself, day after day. Not a plan and not a promise. A way to see clearly, and to act on what holds up.

how it works
This happens through imagination, reflection and exploration: listening to what's alive in you, feeling and playing as you go, and taking the time to think it over.

imagine: a few minutes with your dream
Imagine it with your own photographs. They come by one at a time: the place, a detail, the way there, the feeling, the moment, and what stands in the way. Close your eyes whenever you want.
Say how it felt when the time is up: a few honest words, a feeling, the start of an idea. One word is enough, or none.
what if: a note you unfold. Something from outside enters your dream, and the dream has to make room for it.
a trace: one thing to notice today, a sound, a colour, a face, that belongs to this dream.

reflect: one honest question
Think it through. Where you stand today, or the dream itself: does it pull you, can you carry it, who is it for. No right answers, in your own words, never required.

explore: two of your words, a new dream
Explore when the dream is still vague. From a few quiet questions, a field of your own words takes shape. Bring two of them together and notice what arises. Nothing borrowed, nothing suggested.

your dreams
Read yourself back. A dream's page opens on its two doors, imagine and deepen, and under them your own words: the answers you gave, and earlier sessions folded under one heading.

a science-backed approach
Imagining alone isn't enough. Positive fantasy on its own predicts worse outcomes; imagining a wish and then facing what stands in the way is what makes it real to you. So every session ends on the obstacle, and reflection is always one tap away. Not a promise you'll get there. A way to test it against yourself.
