Complete reports, checklists and job sheets on site, with photos, signatures and GPS, even without a signal. The finished PDF reaches the recipient before your engineer is back in the van.

No more clipboards, retyping or writing up reports after work. With Formtastic, your team fills in forms on a smartphone or tablet. The app does the rest.

AI ASSISTANT: CONTROL FORMTASTIC BY CHAT
Connect Formtastic to ChatGPT, Claude or other AI assistants. Then say what you need in a single sentence:

Create templates: The AI drafts a template. You review and approve it.
Fill in forms: Data from emails, notes or lists goes into the right form. The PDF is sent automatically as usual.
Query your data: “Which defects are still open?” Get the answer without an Excel export.
You decide whether the AI may only read or also write. The AI assistant is included in all plans.

CREATE FORMS IN MINUTES
Build your forms by drag and drop in the web designer, no programming skills needed. Any paper form can be rebuilt digitally and used in the app straight away. Your field team, service engineers or facility management staff fill in service reports, checklists and damage reports: in the office, at the customer’s site or in a cellar with no signal. As soon as you are back online, the app syncs automatically.

SMART FEATURES THAT SAVE TIME

- Photos, digital signatures, GPS location and checkboxes in one app
- Autocomplete: customer details at the tap of a button, less typing
- Conditional fields: only what is relevant is shown
- Multilingual forms for teams that speak different languages

FROM FORM TO FINISHED REPORT
As soon as a form is complete, Formtastic creates a PDF and emails it in your company’s corporate design. All data can be exported as PDF, Word or Excel. If you wish, it can also be passed on automatically to Google Drive, Google Sheets or via SFTP/FTP. No report gets lost and nothing has to be retyped later.

KEEP THE OVERVIEW
The live overview shows all forms and reports at a glance: newly received, in progress, assigned or completed. The app syncs with the web interface, so your whole team is always up to date.

WHO IS FORMTASTIC FOR?
Trades businesses, service engineers, facility managers, cleaning companies, property managers, logistics and every field team still working with a clipboard and pen. Whether it is a service report, inspection, checklist, audit, job report or order entry, Formtastic is made for exactly that.
