Passage puts a museum membership card on the member's phone. It also gives the front desk a fast way to check members in.

Passage is for museums, botanical gardens, zoos and historical societies that use Passage, and for their members. You sign in with an account from your organization.

FOR MEMBERS

Show your card at the door. Your membership card is on your phone, with a code that staff scan.

See your membership at a glance: your level, your status, when it renews, and who is on your household membership.

Keep track of your visits. If your museum runs a punch card, you can see how close you are to the next reward.

See the passes your membership includes, such as guest passes and event tickets, and how many are left this year.

Read your benefits, including reciprocal admission where your museum offers it.

Keep your contact details up to date, or ask for a printed card by mail.

Sign in with a passkey, a password, or a one-time link sent to your email.

FOR STAFF

Check members in at the door. Scan the card with the phone camera, use a USB barcode scanner, or look the member up by name.

Get a clear answer every time: free admission, member price, or lapsed.

Redeem guest passes and event tickets with one tap. A redemption can be undone the same day.

See every check-in on the activity screen.

Look up members and households, and download the member list as a spreadsheet.

Follow the dashboard: active households, members in their renewal window, lapsed households and memberships ending soon.

If your organization connects Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, check-ins are written back to the member's constituent record.

PRIVACY

Passage shows no ads and does not sell your data. When staff scan a card with the camera, the code is read on the device. Camera images never leave it. The privacy policy is at passage.meridian-group.ai/privacy.
