VerraField is a field-sales platform built for door-to-door canvassing teams in roofing, solar, pest control, and other home-services industries.

Built for the rep, on the doorstep — track every knock, follow up on every lead, close every deal.

KEY FEATURES

- Live Satellite Map
Real aerial imagery shows actual houses, not just roads. Drop pins on prospects with a long press. Addresses auto-fill via reverse geocoding. Status-coded pins (Knock, Talk, Walk, Ink, Soft Set, Contracted, Installed) tell you the state of every house at a glance.

- Pipeline Management
Track every prospect through your funnel with 11 status types that match real sales workflow. Add notes, photos, and contract details on every house. Full activity history with timestamps.

- Today Tracker
See your knocks, talks, walks, and ink/estimate count in real time at the top of every screen. Updates instantly when you log activity.

- Leaderboard & Competitions
Rank against your office in real time. Office admins can create custom point-based competitions with prizes, countdown timers, and automatic winner announcements.

- Admin Reports
Per-rep and per-office performance. Funnel conversion rates. 30-day activity timelines. Contract revenue tracking. All scoped to the right admin level (office admin, regional admin, account owner).

- AI Field Coach
In-app chat trained for canvassing — get objection-handling scripts, pitch ideas, and quick answers between knocks.

- Company Library
Training materials, scripts, and PDFs. Admin-managed. Accessible to every rep.

- Passenger Pairing
Pair up with a teammate riding along. Activity logged while paired counts for both reps with fair 50/50 credit splits. Past shared leads stay shared even after unpairing.

- Smart Notifications
Soft Set appointment reminders (1 day before + 1 hour before). Installed-job 1-year inspection follow-ups. Never miss a callback.

- Multi-Office Setup
Organize reps into offices and regions. Office admins manage their own team. Regional admins oversee multiple offices. Account owners see everything.

- Offline-Ready
Knock houses without service. Status changes and new pins queue locally and sync the moment you reconnect.
