BasicBlue is the timesheet and job tracking app built for construction crews, contractors, and hourly teams — simple time entry in the field, powerful oversight from the office.

TIME TRACKING THAT FITS THE JOB
Log hours by job or by equipment, whether you're hourly or salary. Track time against specific jobs, job phases, and skill codes — so every hour is tied to the work it belongs to. Equipment usage (hours, meters, fuel) is tracked right alongside labor time.

BUILT FOR CREWS, NOT JUST OFFICES
- Fast daily and weekly time entry for hourly and salary employees
- Job-based time tracking with phases and skill codes
- Equipment hours, meters, and fuel tracking
- Submit your week for approval with one tap

APPROVALS THAT DON'T SLOW YOU DOWN
Approvers review and approve or reject timesheets right from their phone — no spreadsheets, no chasing people down. Rejected weeks can be corrected and resubmitted without losing history.

BUILT-IN OVERTIME AND HOLIDAY HANDLING
Daily overtime thresholds are configurable per organization and automatically roll up into accurate weekly totals. Company holidays can be set up once and auto-book hours across your whole crew, saving admins from re-entering the same holiday every pay period.

POWERFUL ADMIN TOOLS
- Review, approve, and export timesheets to PDF or Excel for payroll
- Manage jobs, job phases, skill codes, and equipment lists
- Send messages and required-read PDF documents to your crew
- Full visibility into every job, every employee, every pay period
