We're working to keep Loop free to download and use, and to give children a place to connect with family and friends and share everyday moments, while keeping parents in control.

We realize that monthly subscriptions can prevent a family from having the right tools to manage their children's online experiences, while safely allowing them to chat with friends, participate in social media and photo sharing, reward them for chores, and give them a space to express themselves. That's why we'll continue to keep Loop free.

SHARE MOMENTS
Share your own photos and videos, along with supported Instagram, X, and TikTok posts. Children can view, react, and save favorites. Viewing your Shares lets you see your child's emoji or voice reaction. Create Groups to share with several children more easily.

KEEP IN TOUCH
Exchange short, walkie-talkie-style voice messages with family and approved friends. Even ones outside Loop.

ROBONO
Loop has become part of the Robono network, which connects Loop to other child platforms and to kids who have their own phones. This gives children on Loop the best chance of connecting with friends from school and other parts of daily life. And as always, parents are in control and have the ability to accept and reject any friendship.

BUILD ROUTINES WITH TASKS & REWARDS
Parents create responsibilities, approve completed tasks, and award Loop Points. Children can work toward goals and request parent-approved rewards.

CREATE A WISHLIST
Children can find items through a child-friendly Amazon search and build a wishlist that family and friends can use as gift ideas. No more guessing at what they want for their birthdays. Children can also share their wishlist with friends and complete chores/tasks to earn what they truly want.

EXPLORE VIDEO PACKAGES
Parents can enable collections of fun videos and choose how frequently their children receive them. Each video was carefully analyzed in order to meet Loop's standards of keeping children safe and happy.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN
Avatar Studio is a new in-progress feature that lets children design a custom avatar that becomes their profile image throughout Loop. Other, non-custom avatars and backgrounds are also available and keep expanding.

PARENTS MANAGE THE EXPERIENCE
Parents create child profiles, approve connections, and manage access to features. Children don't have usernames or passwords on Loop. They connect using a parent-generated QR code or activation code. Parents can then choose what the child has access to, can assign a second parent to give more rights, and can even fully disable/enable Loop for the child whenever they want. Kids get their own space, but parents are in control.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS WITH LOOP CREDITS
We always try to provide interesting features and do what we can to keep them free. But some features rely on services that other companies charge us to provide. Parents can pay to access these features without Loop profiting.

• Loop AI: A child-friendly AI agent that's always ready to answer a child's question. Children can use Loop AI to find out random facts, set reminders for themselves, and even learn new interesting suggested trivia about the world. Parents can monitor the conversations and children get a strike each time they ask something inappropriate. At three strikes, Loop AI disables and only the parent can enable it again.

• Language Help: For any friend or relative that speaks a different language, Loop will help translate voice messages into text or spoken audio, and bring everyone closer.

• Wallet: Does your child already have a bank account through a parent? You can now use Loop to connect that account and give your child the ability to see their balances and recent transactions. We believe that can help a child learn about saving for the future and money in general.

• X sharing: While Instagram and TikTok sharing is free, X charges a small amount for each share of X content. We still make it available for those who want it.
