BTR — Personal Offline Workout Tracker
Better - Build.Track.Repeat

BTR is a powerful, fully offline workout management app designed to keep your training data private and always with you — no subscription, no account required.
BTR works completely offline. Your workout data never leaves your device unless you choose to back it up.

🏋️ Build Your Exercise Library
Start with 91 ready-to-use exercises across 11 categories, or create your own. Add photos, YouTube video links, and predefined sets with weights, reps, time, or distance. Everything stays on your device.

📋 Create Routines That Work for You
Design reusable workout routines from your exercise library. Customize the sets for each routine independently — routine changes never affect your global exercise defaults. EMOMs and Superset support as well.

⏱️ Track Every Rep in Real Time
The active workout screen keeps you moving: swipe between exercises, complete sets, edit on the fly, add exercises mid-session, and let the rest timer keep your pace. When you finish, SheMoves celebrates with you.

📊 Review Your Progress and Repeat
Your workout history shows every session with duration, completion rate, and personal records. The summary screen highlights PRs so you always know when you've hit a new best.
