StellarDay is a self-care and gratitude journal app that starts with one simple question: how do you feel today?

Instead of a blank page, StellarDay gives you a guided flow built around your mood. One tap, and the app shapes the moment for you. It takes just a few minutes, and it meets you where you actually are.

✨ HOW IT WORKS

1. Mood check-in
Tap how you feel right now. That single tap shapes everything that follows.

2. A practice for your mood
Your gentle cat companion gives you a small practice chosen for that feeling: a grounding exercise, a calming breath, or a kind reframe drawn from CBT and mindfulness. Something you can actually do in the moment to steady yourself and feel a little lighter.

3. A daily affirmation
A warm, realistic affirmation to carry with you. No empty hype, just a kind line that helps you move from anxiety and self criticism toward a calmer, more confident mindset.

4. A reflection card
Draw a reflection card with a gentle prompt for self reflection. Inspired by art therapy and oracle cards, each one helps you explore your feelings, gain a new perspective, and find clarity.

5. Gratitude journal
End with gratitude. Write down what you are thankful for and add photos to build a beautiful scrapbook of positive moments.

🌱 WHY IT HELPS

StellarDay brings together practices that research supports:

- Positive affirmations, supported by recent psychology research, help strengthen confidence and a positive outlook.
