Mental rehearsal is one of the oldest tools in sports psychology. LucidSkill takes that to a new level.

Continue to build skills after the limits of physical practice. Gain the ultimate edge.

LucidSkill pairs a looping reference clip of a skill or movement with V-Stim technology — layered visuals and sounds built to lock your attention onto a single movement and hold it there. It's as if you are practicing without moving. A new era of training.

WHAT IS V-STIM

V-Stim is the stack of stimulation layers aimed to increase the ability to focus mind-body: rhythmic visual flashing, binaural and isochronic sound, and a vocal cue. Instead of passively watching a tutorial, you sit inside one movement with nothing else competing for your focus.

HOW A SESSION WORKS

1. Pick a skill. Every movement has a clean reference loop.
2. Settle in. Pre-Session Focus runs a short countdown over an ambient bed before the session opens.
3. Build your stack. Choose your visual mode, your soundscape, your voice cue, and your length.
4. Run it. Watch, rehearse, repeat.
5. Utilize V-Stim to "train your mind so your body can later react" while your competition rests.
6. Take your LucidSkill to the next level

BUILD YOUR OWN

Training something we don't cover yet? Add it. Bring your own reference video, write your own cue, record your own voice track, and it becomes a full session like any other. Your created skills stay on your device.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

No account. No sign-up. Your skills, presets, and voice recordings live on your device and are never uploaded or shared.

BEFORE YOU START

Sessions can include rapidly flashing light and immersive audio. Do not use the Lucid Flash feature if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, or are photosensitive. Always rehearse seated or lying down in a safe place, never while driving or moving. LucidSkill is a training and focus tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Physical skills carry real risk of injury — train them with proper progression, supervision, and safety equipment.

SUBSCRIPTION

Full access to the skill library and all session features is an auto-renewing subscription at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
