Runs the wallpaper job — first call to final wall.

PaperPlan Pro is built for professional wallpaper installers, the trade that installs wallcovering in homes and businesses. Count the drops, order enough paper the first time, and hand the customer an estimate they can accept from their phone.

It started as a calculator, but calling it that is like calling your work van a cup holder.

TAKE THE CALL
Enter the customer while you are still on the phone, so you are not writing it on the back of something, or worse, on the wall you are about to cover with new wallpaper. Set the site visit, and later the install days, and add them to whichever calendar you choose.

COUNT IT THE WAY WE DO
Look up the paper's specs in the app or enter them off the label, whichever you trust: roll width, length, repeat, match. Then enter your walls. PaperPlan counts drops and rolls the way we do. Not square footage and a guess.
• Walls, ceilings and murals
• Stairs, cabinets and big openings: enter your drops in cutting order
• A cut list for every bolt
• Near-miss alerts when a bolt comes up just short of another drop, before the order goes in instead of after the goods arrive

PHOTOGRAPH WHAT YOU WILL FORGET
Up to ten photos a room. The crown detail, the window the paper has to go around, the outlet in the worst possible place. Two weeks later you will not remember, and you will not have to.

PRICE IT YOUR WAY
By the roll, the yard, the square foot, the day, the hour, or one flat price. Your rates, your minimum, your prep and removal, and your own named labor lines.

SEND IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVEWAY
Your customer gets a clean PDF with your logo, your company name and your phone number on it. Email it or text it from the truck.

THEY ANSWER FROM THEIR PHONE
Accept and Decline buttons ride in the email and in the PDF. When the customer answers, you get an email, it lands in your Inbox, and the job's status changes by itself. A decline comes with their reason.

NOTHING SLIPS THROUGH
Waiting on an answer lists every estimate still out, with the date you sent it. Mark it followed up, won or lost, or snooze it for later.

YOUR OWN PAPER INDEX
Every paper you install can go in your index: how it went up, how the seams hid, how it held its match, what worked and what you would never try again. When that pattern turns up on a new job, PaperPlan flags it while you are bidding it. When a designer calls about that sisal from last spring, you already know the answer.

A HELPER CAN MEASURE FOR YOU
A helper measures on their own PaperPlan Pro account and sends the job to yours: measurements, customer details and photos, no pricing.

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, IF YOU USE IT
Optional, and it requires a QuickBooks Online account. Send a job to QuickBooks Online as an estimate, line for line, discounts and named labor included. When the work is done, create the invoice from the app. It arrives in QuickBooks unsent and tied to its estimate; you send it and collect payment there, the way you already do. PaperPlan prepares the paperwork. It never takes, holds or processes a payment.

ALSO IN THE BOX
• Quick Calculator for a fast roll count when you do not need a whole job
• Every job's status at a glance, from estimate out to paid
• Job tickets for the crew, with your pre-job checklist notes
• Site notes, gate codes and travel time
• Estimates that expire when you say
• A revision log on every job
• Inches, feet, yards, centimeters or meters, per field if you want

BUILT AROUND YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign in with Google or email. Your jobs follow you from your phone to your tablet to your computer, private to your account. Measure on site, finish at the kitchen table, send from either.
