Synopsis puts your company's data on your phone: the approvals waiting on you, answers to your questions, the dashboards your team relies on, and the apps and workflows built on them.

The app is for people whose organization uses Synopsis. Sign in with the account your organization set up for you.

WAITING ON YOU
• One Inbox for the approvals, questions and change requests assigned to you. Mentions, shares and workflow alerts are under Activity.
• Approve with the evidence in front of you: who asked, why, the records behind the request, and a button that says exactly what it will do.
• Changed your mind? Undo, right on the same screen.
• Short questions from a workflow are one page with one Submit. Attach a photo from the camera when a question asks for a file.

ASK ANYTHING
• Ask about your business in plain language and get an answer laid out for a phone.
• Open any chart full screen and scrub it with your finger, or turn your phone sideways for the whole picture.
• See how each number was calculated and which systems it came from.
• Tap "Chat about this" on a dashboard, data app or workflow run to ask about it.

DASHBOARDS AND APPS
• Dashboards reflowed for the phone: key numbers first, charts full width, tabs and filters as chips.
• Read and add comments where your team discusses a number.
• Run the data apps your team built, full screen.
• Favorites, recents, and search across your dashboards, apps, workflows and chats.

WORKFLOWS
• Follow a workflow run step by step.
• When a step fails, read what went wrong in plain English, retry the run, or tap "Chat about this failure" to find out why.

LINKS THAT LAND
• Synopsis links in email, Slack or a text open the right screen in the app.
• Share a chat or a dashboard with Android's share sheet.

SECURITY
• Sign in the way your organization allows: Google or Microsoft single sign-on, a passkey, a one-time code by email, or a password.
• Turn on fingerprint or face unlock to lock the app when you come back to it.
• Recent apps shows the Synopsis logo, never your data.
• See every device you're signed in on, and sign out of any of them or all of them at once.
• Your organization's security and compliance settings apply in the app exactly as they do on the web, enforced on Synopsis's servers.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Where your organization allows it, get a notification when something is waiting on you, and tap it to go straight there.

Synopsis requires an account. Accounts are created by your organization's administrator; there is no sign-up in the app. Questions: support@getsynopsis.ai.
