TRUST LIS is the mobile companion to the TrustLab Diagnostics laboratory system. It is a professional tool for TrustLab partner centres and laboratory staff, and it requires an account issued by TrustLab Diagnostics. It is not available for public sign-up.

WHO IT IS FOR

Partner centres use it to register patients, track their samples, and manage billing. Laboratory doctors use it to enter and sign off test results. What you see after signing in depends on the account you use.

FOR PARTNER CENTRES

• Register a patient and build the booking in one pass — search the test catalogue at your own rates, apply per-test discounts, and see the bill total update as you go.
• Look up an existing patient by contact number so repeat visits stay on one record instead of creating a duplicate.
• Assign SIN barcode numbers when samples are collected, either during registration or afterwards.
• Follow every visit through collection, processing and approval, and open a test to see its parameters and reference ranges.
• View and download approved reports and invoices as PDFs.
• Review invoices, payment history and outstanding balances, and make an advance payment through the secure PayU gateway.
• Read your account ledger month by month, with a running closing balance.
• Raise a support ticket with the TrustLab service desk and follow the conversation in the app.

FOR LABORATORY DOCTORS

• Work through a filtered worklist by status, department, centre or date range.
• Enter results against each parameter, with reference ranges shown alongside and out-of-range values flagged as you type.
• Approve, hold, forward or return a test, individually or in bulk.
• Confirm before signing off any result that falls outside its reference range.
• Review reports you have already approved, grouped by day.

DESIGNED FOR THE BENCH

• Readable at arm's length on a busy bench, with a light and dark theme.
• Figures are set in a monospaced typeface so amounts and identifiers line up in a column.
• Works on phones and tablets.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• All communication with TrustLab servers uses HTTPS.
• The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking of any kind.
• Card details are entered on PayU's own secure pages and never pass through this app.
• Signing out clears your session from the device.

Reports you download are saved to your device and contain patient health information. Please keep a screen lock enabled and remove downloaded reports when you no longer need them.

IMPORTANT

TRUST LIS is a record-keeping and workflow tool for trained laboratory professionals. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not interpret results. All clinical decisions remain with the qualified professionals using it.

An account issued by TrustLab Diagnostics is required. If you are a TrustLab partner centre or member of laboratory staff and need access, please contact your TrustLab representative.
