InsightOS. Recovery, simplified.

One place for the check-in, the trigger, and the next step.

InsightOS brings a sobriety tracker, private recovery journal, daily check-ins and practical recovery tools together for adults aged 18 and over. Use it between meetings, counselling sessions or appointments, alongside the people and professional care that support you.

START FREE WITH FOUNDATION
• Complete a daily check-in and choose your priorities.
• Record triggers and warning signs to notice your own patterns.
• Track clean time and personal milestones with a sober time counter.
• Keep a private recovery journal and record gratitude.
• Record mood, Recovery Wins and what is working for you.
• Set a Recovery Commitment and explore core recovery tools.

Build a simple daily rhythm: check in, notice what is happening and choose a practical next step. Your records are a starting point for reflection, not a clinical assessment or prediction of relapse.

PLAN AHEAD WITH FULL RECOVERY
An optional paid Full Recovery subscription adds:
• Relapse-prevention planning: bring warning signs, triggers, coping actions and support into a plan you can return to.
• Weekly planning: make space for recovery activities, appointments and everyday priorities.
• The guided 90-Day Recovery Programme.
• Recovery Foundations, a separate 12-week course.
• Advanced tools and recovery reports.

The two learning programmes are separate routes. You do not need to complete both at once. Therapy, detoxification and professional treatment are separate services.

PRIVATE REFLECTION, YOUR CHOICES
Journal entries are private by default. Eligible IRN users can choose to share an individual entry with their assigned clinician and withdraw future in-app access. Export your personal data and request account deletion in the app.

OPTIONAL ANCHOR AI
Anchor offers optional AI-supported reflection. Before each request, the app explains the information involved and asks for permission to send it to OpenAI. AI can make mistakes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy or emergency support.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Foundation tools are free. Full Recovery is an optional monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Your app store shows the price, billing period and renewal terms before you confirm. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account. Deleting your InsightOS account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing. Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible access.

WHAT INSIGHTOS IS AND IS NOT
Created by Insight Recovery Network, InsightOS provides recovery education and self-management tools for adults 18+. It is not crisis care, detoxification or a replacement for professional treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. Do not use it to manage withdrawal or an emergency. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services. In the UK, call 999 or go to A&E.
