Akhada is a gym management app for gyms in India. Members, membership plans, fees, dues, staff and the day's collection, all on the phone you already carry.

No laptop. No desktop gym software. Nothing new to learn.

MEMBERS
Adding a member takes under a minute. Photo, phone number, plan, done. Search anyone by name or number. Filter the list to see who is active, whose membership runs out this week, and who has already lapsed. Open a member and you get the whole history: every plan they have taken, every rupee they have paid.

MEMBERSHIP PLANS
Make a plan template once and use it forever. One month, three months, six months, a year, or any number of days you like. Set the price in rupees, give a discount if you want, take part of the money now and leave the rest as a due. Renewing an expiring membership is two taps.

FEES, DUES AND DAILY COLLECTION
Most gym apps stop at "payment recorded". This one does not.
• Today's collection sits on the dashboard, cash and online counted separately
• Open any date and read that day's ledger: every payment, who paid it, which staff member took it
• A cash figure to tally at closing, so the drawer and the app agree
• A dues list of everyone who still owes you, with a call button next to each name
• Revenue by plan and collection by staff, for a day, a week, a month, a year, or any range you pick

RENEWAL REMINDERS
Members get a notification before their membership ends. You decide how many days before. Fewer lapsed memberships, and fewer awkward phone calls asking for money.

SUPPLEMENTS AND STORE SALES
Keep a list of the supplements, gear and other things you sell. Ring up a sale at the counter in a few seconds. It lands in the same day's collection as your membership fees, so one number tells you how the day went.

STAFF AND TRAINERS
Invite trainers and front desk staff with their phone number, and choose what each of them can see. Every payment is stamped with whoever collected it, so there is never a question about who took the cash.

WHATSAPP RECEIPTS
Send a payment receipt, a sale receipt or an announcement to a member on WhatsApp. No printer, no register, no paperwork.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Timings changed? New batch starting? Gym shut tomorrow? One message goes to every member. It arrives as a notification and stays in their inbox.

WHAT MEMBERS SEE
Members get their own side of the app: the membership they are on, how many days are left, the training programme you assigned them, and everything you have announced. They stop calling the front desk to ask when a plan expires.

BUILT FOR INDIAN GYMS
Prices in rupees. Phone numbers instead of email. Built around how gyms, fitness centres and fitness studios here actually run: monthly membership plans, part payments, cash at the counter, and a shelf of supplements near the door.

Free for up to 100 members. Move to Pro when you outgrow that.

Akhada is gym management software small enough to keep in your pocket, for single gyms, growing chains, fitness centres and personal trainers across India.
