TUT by CAIS — your AI Project Manager for construction projects

TUT helps contractors and engineers stay on top of every project on the go. Upload your drawings, BOQs, contracts, and schedules, then ask TUT anything about them in plain English or Arabic. Get instant, sourced answers grounded in your actual project documents — no more digging through email threads or PDFs to find a single clause.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Chat with your projects — ask TUT about scope, costs, risks, deadlines, contract terms, or anything else in your documents.
• Upload everything — PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and XER schedules. OCR handles scanned drawings and contracts.
• Team collaboration — invite teammates to a project. Documents stay shared; chat threads stay private to each member.
• Activity feed — see TUT replies that landed while you were away, document processing status, and project alerts.
• Push notifications — get pinged when your QTO, pricing, or scheduling jobs finish on the web companion.
• Voice input — dictate your questions instead of typing.
• Google and email sign-in.
• Arabic + English — full RTL support.

PRIVACY-FIRST

• Biometric lock to open the app — your account stays signed in, but projects and chats stay hidden until you authenticate.
• No ads, no data sharing with advertisers.
• Your project data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

PLANS

• Free — 3 QTO submissions per month
