An old pickup truck, ₺2 million in savings and one rule: the building you put up should outlive you.

In Builder Tycoon you start on a single plot on Gül Street in Istanbul and grow a construction firm. Strike deals with landowners, get permits, raise your building floor by floor, then sell or rent out the units to build your fortune.

LAND-FOR-UNITS DEALS
In Istanbul, landowners often trade their plot for a share of the new apartments. Auntie Fatma, Uncle Hüseyin and many more are waiting at the table. Decide how many units they get and which promises you make. Sometimes ordering a round of tea changes everything.

BUILD SOLID, WIN BIG
Cheap materials look profitable at first. But inspectors catch shortcuts: fines, demolished floors and sealed sites. Build up to code or build solid, and your reputation grows and bigger projects open up.

FROM PERMIT TO OCCUPANCY
Complete the paperwork, wait in the municipal queue, grow your crew and put up a tower crane. Tap the site to speed up your workers. Construction keeps going while you're away.

SELL OR RENT
Raise cash with off-plan sales, then sell or rent out finished units. Track your net worth on one screen.

INVEST
Put spare cash into shops, offices, residences, hotels and malls to collect rent, and protect it with gold and currency. Prices keep moving.

18 CITIES
Open branches in Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bayburt, then Baku, Tbilisi and Dubai. As your firm grows, Doha, London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Zurich, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Monaco await. Every city has its own skyline and advantage, and each new city pays a bigger rent bonus than the last.

LEADERBOARDS
Climb into the top 50 of your country and city in weekly seasons: rewards every Monday and a permanent badge for the top 10. The all-time board tracks your net worth.

SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY
Site tasks, neighborhood events, weekly events, daily rewards and a season pass. New cities and features unlock day by day.

Builder Tycoon is single-player, works offline and needs no account. Optional rewarded videos give you a bonus only when you choose to watch them.
