SetSage is a gym coach on your phone and your Wear OS watch. Plan on your phone, train from your wrist, and let AI help you get stronger, with you in charge of every change.

ONE WORKOUT, TWO SCREENS
• Start on either device. Every set you log on the watch shows up live on your phone, and the other way round
• Workout mode: a full-screen workout for strength, runs, intervals and classes
• Hold an exercise to reorder; swap, skip or add one. A live bar on every tab and controls on the lock screen
• Rest counts down on your wrist, with live heart rate and a buzz when it's time to go
• Runs, rides, rows and pool swims on the watch: distance, pace, laps and km splits, with GPS only if you allow it
• Start today's workout from the SetSage Tile, or from the Next workout complication on any watch face. The Goal progress complication shows your goal there too
• Works offline and syncs when you're done

TALK TO YOUR WORKOUT
• Ask by voice or text mid-workout: "too easy", "swap this" or "add a set". On the watch, use Say it
• SetSage can speak in your earphones as you train: Off, Short or Full

MIND AND BODY
• Yoga poses, guided breathing and short meditations, as a warm-up, a cool-down or a session of their own, on your phone and watch

AN AI COACH THAT ASKS FIRST
• SetSage AI reviews your month, plans your week and explains why a lift has stalled
• A debrief after every workout: what changed and the muscles you worked
• Recovery checks: when your next session hits the same muscles too soon, SetSage suggests a swap or a lighter day
• SetSage AI never changes your plan without your OK. 5 requests a month free, 50 with Pro
• Training guidance only, never medical advice

BRING YOUR OWN AI
• Free: share a summary of your training with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, then bring its reply back to review
• Pro: connect your own AI live (MCP). It sees only what you choose to share. You choose whether its changes wait for your OK or apply straight away
SetSage never sends your AI your name or email. Deleting anything always waits for your yes, a weight more than 10% above what you lift is pointed out and waits for your yes, and changes can be undone.

PLAN AND PROGRESS
• 27 ready-made plans, all free, or build your own from 600+ exercises, activities, classes and sports
• Demo videos or animations for 350+ exercises, at Normal, Slow or Still, plus steps, cues and mistakes to avoid
• Plate calculator, kg or lb, warm-ups, supersets, timed holds, AMRAP and drop sets, training maxes and 5/3/1
• Progress: personal bests, estimated 1-rep max, goals with a target line, and records for every lift
• Body tracking: weight trend, measurements and progress photos
• Reminders, home-screen widgets and Health Connect: saves your workouts and, if you allow it, reads weight, sleep, resting heart rate and more for a morning readiness suggestion

TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
• Join your trainer with their code and choose exactly what they see
• Your trainer sits in the Coach tab: messages, programmes and goals in one place. Report or block anyone from the conversation menu
• Trainers coach up to 3 clients free; Trainer (30 clients) and Trainer Plus (100 clients) come with 30 days free and give linked clients Pro

FREE TO START, NO ADS
• No account needed. Sign in with Google only for backup, SetSage AI, trainers or the live AI connection
• SetSage Pro: £3.99 a month, or £24.99 a year with 14 days free (UK prices; Google Play shows yours). Live AI connection, full history, advanced progress and more body tracking

WHAT YOU NEED
