🌿 Mindful Launcher — Live Intentionally

A home screen that helps you use your phone with intention, not impulse.

Most launchers try to keep you engaged. Mindful Launcher does the opposite — it gets out of the way and gently reminds you to be deliberate about what you open and how long you spend there.

⏳ DAILY LIMITS

Set a daily screen time limit for any app.
When you hit it, you’ll get a notification and a pause screen on the next launch showing exactly how much time you’ve spent today.

You can:

🔙 Go back
⏱ Grant yourself 5 more minutes

The choice stays yours — but it’s always a conscious one.

🧘 MINDFUL PAUSE

Add a 5-second breathing pause before any app opens.

Not a hard block — just enough friction to ask yourself:

“Do I really want to open this right now?”

Long-press any app to enable or disable it instantly.
