Cushify is an offline cushion calculator for protective packaging. Tell it what you ship, how fragile it is and how far it may drop, and Cushify recommends the foam thickness, pad layout and box size that keep the product safe. No sign-in, no account, no ads. Everything stays on your device.

PRODUCT & FRAGILITY
• Enter size and weight of the product you protect
• Fragility (G-factor) presets from extremely fragile to rugged, or your own tested value

DROP HEIGHT
• Design drop height by shipping mode: small parcel, palletised freight or hand-carried
• Typical drop heights by package weight, fully editable

CUSHION CALCULATOR
• Recommended foam thickness for your fragility and drop height
• Peak shock (G) versus your limit with a clear pass meter
• Static stress from pad layout: full face, corner pads or edge strips
• Safety margin shown for every design

CUSHION CURVES
• Interactive peak G versus static stress chart
• Compare several foam thicknesses at once
• See exactly where your design sits on the curve

FOAM LIBRARY
• Polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (EPS), polypropylene (EPP), polyurethane (PU) and molded pulp
• Density, optimal stress range and single or multi-impact use
• Add your own material data

FOAM INSERT DESIGNER
• Top-view layout of corner pads, edge strips or a full cavity
• Inside box size, pad wall and number of pads

VOID FILL CALCULATOR
• Empty volume left in the box
• How many air pillows, how much kraft paper or loose fill you need

PROJECTS & PACK REPORTS
• Save every protective design as a project
• Clean pack report with design checks
• Export as PDF and share it with your team or supplier

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No sign-in, no account and no ads
• No in-app purchases
• Works fully offline
• No permissions required
• Export and import a backup file whenever you want
