Goals you keep.

A goal is more than a plan. It is a promise to yourself: you wanted something, you worked for it, someone saw. Most goals end quietly and are forgotten. Future You keeps yours: the days you showed up, the people who saw, and the goal itself, finished or dropped, for as long as you want to remember it.

A GOAL HAS A FACE

Every goal starts with a picture you chose, words you wrote, and the day it began. One look, and you remember why you started.

- A goal with a date it began and a date you are aiming for
- Actions the way you work: once, count to a number, or a habit on set days
- Suggestions for steps and words when you want them. You decide what stays.

EVERY DAY YOU SHOW UP COUNTS

A day, an entry, a step counts the moment you do it. Nothing counts by wishing, and nothing is lost by missing.

- Tick a step, log an amount, mark a habit day
- A journal inside every goal: morning intentions, evening reflections, photos
- A reminder before a deadline, so a goal never slips away quietly

PEOPLE KEEP YOU GOING

Show a goal to one person or to many. They see you show up, they cheer you on, and their words stay with the goal as long as it exists.

- Share a goal with people who care, or pursue one together as a group
- Real people working on goals like yours, and no ads
- People who wrote goals, shared them and sent weekly progress reports scored nearly twice as high on goal achievement as those who only thought about them (Matthews, 2015)

EVERY GOAL STAYS

Finished or dropped, a goal is a page of your story. Close it with a reflection, and years from now open it again and see what you wanted.

YOUR GOALS ARE YOURS

Anyone can suggest a goal: a friend, a parent, a tool. You decide what stays. Your goals belong to you, and they go where you go.
