Never lose a job to a missed call.

RingSmith is an AI receptionist for small businesses. When you can't pick up, it answers in your business's name, takes the caller's details, books the job into your calendar and sends you a summary, so you can call back when your hands are free.

Set it up on your own mobile in about five minutes.

HOW IT WORKS
• Your phone passes the calls you don't answer to your RingSmith number. Or give that number out on its own and keep your mobile private.
• RingSmith answers in your business's name. It asks the questions you would, checks when you're free and books a slot. If it's urgent, you're alerted while the caller is still on the line.
• You get the details in a notification: who called, what they need and what was booked. The full transcript is in the app whenever you want it.

WHAT IT TAKES CARE OF
• Bookings in your calendar: Google Calendar or Outlook, with your job length, time between jobs and how much notice you need.
• Urgent calls: a burst pipe or no power gets you an alert straight away, not a message hours later.
• Your questions, your answers: you choose what it asks, where you work, and what it says about prices and opening hours.
• Spam and cold calls: mark a caller as spam and they're blocked from then on.
• Your number, your choice: send it only the calls you miss, every call, or none. Switch in the app whenever you like.
