The only app that knows whether your self-care worked. Racing thoughts at 3am? Tired no matter how much you sleep? A 60-second face scan shows which state your nervous system is stuck in, then gives you the 2–5 minute technique to shift it.

Scan again afterward and see how your body responded. No wearable, just your phone's camera.
One early user said it best: "It's like having a little therapist in your pocket."

Try it today for free, with your 7 day trial.

IMIN EXPLAINS HOW YOU FEEL

When your nervous system is off, everything is:

Stuck in overdrive: racing thoughts at 3am. Snapping at people you love. A stomach in knots. Going blank right when you need to think clearly.

Stuck in shutdown: tired no matter how much you sleep. Brain fog. Staring at the thing you need to start. Feeling flat when you want to feel something.

IF MEDITATION APPS NEVER WORKED FOR YOU

It wasn't you. They're built for an "average" nervous system, one that shows up the same way every day without fail.

IMIN is built differently, it's for the variable minds and bodies: neurodivergent people, creatives, freelancers, shift workers, highly sensitive people. It's for anyone whose nervous system doesn't run well by default.

HOW TO WORK IT

At IMIN, we want to see you win. Retraining the nervous system is possible, but takes consistent practice. Think about it like training a puppy. Consistent, regular check ins teach your body that it is actually safe to relax. That's why we created IMIN, for 2-5 minute practices you can do quickly and easily.

For optimal results, we recommend using IMIN a few times a day, and setting a notification on the app to check in regularly.

At IMIN, our data shows us that small interventions throughout the day are much more effective for your nervous system than one big meditation once a week.

HOW IT MEASURES YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

-A 60-second face scan using just your phone's camera. No wearable, no extra equipment or hardware needed.
-The camera reads physiological signals, like heart rate and HRV, from subtle blood flow changes in your skin
-Places you in 1 of 7 nervous system states, not a generic "stressed" or "calm". IMIN tells you how activated your nervous system is, and how much resiliency it has left.
-Matches you to the technique most likely to move your body in the right direction
-Scan again afterward and see how your body responded
-Your privacy stays yours: IMIN never saves your video. It only reads your signals.

TECHNIQUES

-A large library of science-backed techniques: breathwork, vagal toning, movement, sound, and more
-Most sessions take 2-5 minutes
-Every technique can work, but each works best when it's matched to your state. That's what IMIN does.

WHAT REGULATION GIVES BACK

-A thinking brain that's back online: clearer decisions, steadier focus, less reacting
-Evenings where you wind down instead of replaying the day
-Energy that doesn't crash mid-afternoon
-The confidence of knowing you can shift your state, anywhere, in minutes

Try IMIN free for 7 days. If your first scan doesn't show you something about your body you didn't know, cancel before your trial ends and you won't pay a thing.
