💪 BEYOND BMI: THE FUTURE OF FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Tired of BMI calling muscular athletes "obese" while labeling skinny-fat individuals as "healthy"? Fed up with expensive gym tests and inconsistent caliper measurements?

🔬 INTRODUCING THE BODY COMPOSITION INDEX (BCI)
Developed by a mechanical engineer, BC Index provides what BMI cannot: a TRUE assessment of your physical fitness that accounts for your actual body composition, not just height and weight.

❌ THE PROBLEM WITH CURRENT METHODS
- BMI: Only uses height/weight - muscular people labeled "obese"
- Body fat calipers: Results vary wildly based on who's testing
- DEXA scans: Expensive, require lab visits, not practical for tracking
- Gym assessments: Costly, inconsistent, time-consuming

✅ THE BC INDEX SOLUTION
- Accounts for your actual body dimensions and composition
- Provides a clear 0-100 fitness score you can trust
- Works from home using just your smartphone
