Jiak Simi is Singlish for “what to eat?”—and a more personal way to answer the question we ask three times a day.

Your taste is personal. Your food recommendations should be too. Jiak Simi learns your palate, then serves up Singapore spots that fit—complete with a clear reason why. No endless scrolling. No generic “best of” list. Just better answers to “Today eat what?”

HOW IT WORKS

START WITH FOOD YOU ALREADY LOVE
Pick a few places you’d happily return to and rate how shiok they were. Your favourites help Jiak Simi understand what good food means to you—no long quiz required.

MEET YOUR PALATE COMPASS
See your taste take shape across six flavours: Heat, Sweet, Sour, Umami, Rich and Fresh. Take the optional palate quiz to reveal your food archetype—from Asam Queen to Tow Kay Lemak. Your Compass keeps evolving as you rate more places.

GET PICKS THAT FIT
Browse a fresh feed of personalised recommendations, reshuffled daily. Save a place to try, rate somewhere you’ve eaten, hide a miss or head straight there. Your feed adapts as you go. When Singapore turns rainy, warm and soupy comfort food gets a gentle lift; on hot days, lighter, fresher picks rise instead.

DECIDE YOUR WAY
Filter by where you are, how far you’ll travel, meal, price, occasion, cuisine or a specific craving.

KEEP THE GOOD STUFF
Save places to try, log repeat visits and organise your own Jiak Lists. Share a list, import a friend’s, or turn a YouTube link, caption or food list into Singapore spots you can actually save.
