Big3 Logger is a clean, text-based workout notebook built specifically for Squat, Bench, and Deadlift (SBD) trainees. There are no social feeds, no ads, and no distracting clutter, just pure lifting utility and precision math.

Here is exactly what the app does and every feature built into it:

1. Active SBD Workout Logger
Log your sets, reps, weight, and RPE for Squats, Bench Press, and Deadlifts.
Add custom accessory exercises (like barbell rows, pull-ups, or leg curls) to accompany your main lifts.
Automatic rest timer with a heartbeat vibration so you know when to start your next set without constantly staring at your phone.
2. RPE-Based Estimated 1RM (e1RM) Math
Most apps treat every lift as if you went to absolute failure. Big3 Logger uses your RPE (Reps in Reserve) to calculate what your 1-rep max actually is.
E.g., Logging 100kg × 1 rep @ RPE 9 means you had one rep left in the tank. The app automatically calculates your e1RM as 102.8kg, rewarding you for clean, heavy reps with strength in reserve.
3. Dynamic Barbell Plate Visualizer
No more gym math. The app draws a clear, color-coded visual representation of an Olympic barbell loaded with the exact plates you need.
Supports standard Olympic colors: 25kg (Red), 20kg (Blue), 15kg (Yellow), 10kg (Green), 5kg (White), 2.5kg (Black), and micro-plates.
4. DOTS, Wilks, & IPF Relative Scoreboards
Real weight is only half the story. The app calculates your relative strength scores in real-time based on your bodyweight.
View and track your DOTS, Wilks, IPF GL, and Glossbrenner coefficients instantly as you log new personal records to see how you stack up across different bodyweight classes.
5. Strength Standards & SBD Symmetry
Compare your SBD lifts against standard powerlifting classification curves (from Novice up to Elite).
A built-in radar chart maps out your SBD balance, showing you instantly if a specific lift is lagging behind the others.
6. Training Blocks & Daily Planner
Create custom periodized training blocks (e.g., Hypertrophy, Strength, Deload, Peak).
Schedule planned workouts directly onto a simple calendar dashboard to organize your training cycles ahead of time.
7. Custom Routine Presets
Save your favorite workout structures as presets. Start a Squat session or custom SBD day with a single tap rather than rebuilding it from scratch every time.
8. Fatigue & Recovery Readiness Index
The app monitors your total logged training volume and intensity over time.
It calculates a daily recovery readiness score (from 0% to 100%) to help you decide when to push for a new PR and when to take a deload day.
9. 1-Tap Raw CSV Data Export
We believe you should own your training data.
Instantly export your entire SBD and accessory history as a clean, structured CSV spreadsheet file. Open it directly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to build your own custom charts and training metrics.
10. Local-First Privacy (Runs Offline)
Everything runs on a lightning-fast local database on your phone.
No accounts are required to start logging, and your training logs, personal records, and body weight details remain 100% private to you.
