A straightforward logger for your workouts. You set up your program once, and the app tells you what to lift each session — sets, reps, and the actual weight on the bar, not a percentage you have to do arithmetic on.

Progression is automatic. Hit your reps and the weight goes up next cycle. Miss them and it backs off. The math runs off a training max per lift, so the numbers stay honest instead of drifting upward on optimism.

WHAT IT DOES

• Main lifts on a percentage-based cycle, with accessories and cardio alongside
• Plate math for the equipment you own — it only prescribes weights you can actually load
• Rest timers, a focus mode for one exercise at a time, and out-of-order logging
• Estimated one-rep max, personal records, and a per-exercise history
• A muscle map showing what you trained today and what you have been neglecting
• Optional body weight and vitals tracking
• Career stats, a calendar, and achievements
• An injury flag that filters affected exercises out of your program until you clear it

YOUR DATA

• Works offline. Log a full session in a basement gym with no signal; it syncs when you are back.
• Server sync is optional — switch to device-only storage and nothing leaves your phone.
• Export everything whenever you want, and import it back.
• Delete your account and its data from inside the app, without emailing anyone.
• No ads, no third-party analytics, no data sold or shared. There is no advertising SDK in this app to disable, because none was ever added.

SETUP

Sign up with a name, an email and a four-digit PIN, then sign in with a short user code and that PIN — no social login, no third-party account required. Tell it which equipment you own, which days you train, and it builds the program from there. Every barbell lift starts from an empty bar and works up, so the first week is deliberately easy — that is the program working, not the app underestimating you.

Free, with no in-app purchases at launch.

There is an optional motivational-message setting with several tones, including an adult-only tier containing strong language. It is off by default and can be turned off permanently.

MyWorkoutTracker is a logging and scheduling tool, not medical or fitness advice. It records what you tell it and does the arithmetic. Decisions about what is safe for you to lift are yours.
