AffirmateMe is a free Android app for daily affirmations and guided breathing. A daily reminder brings one affirmation on the topics you pick, at the time you choose. Breathe & Affirm pairs box breathing (4-4-4-4) or 4-7-8 breathing with affirmations you repeat between breaths; a default session takes under three minutes. No account, no sign-up.

Three quiet minutes for yourself. Before work. Between meetings. Right before sleep.

🌬️ BREATHE & AFFIRM
Slow your breathing first, then read your affirmation. Pick one of two breathing exercises and let the animation set the pace:
🔸 Box breathing (4-4-4-4): steady and balanced
🔸 Relaxing 4-7-8 breathing: a longer exhale to help you unwind
Every breath cycle ends with a four-second pause with your affirmation on screen, so you can say it to yourself instead of chasing it. Turn on voice cues, and affirmations that come with a recording are read aloud.
You decide how many affirmations (3 to 10 with box breathing, 3 to 5 with 4-7-8), how many breath cycles each, and which topics the session draws from. A session can be under a minute or run about thirteen. The screen stays on the whole way through.

🌤️ ONE AFFIRMATION A DAY
Choose the topics that matter to you: Mindfulness, Love, Money, Happiness, Beauty, Work and Well-being. A fresh positive affirmation arrives as a gentle notification at your reminder time, ready to read, repeat and share. When an affirmation comes with an audio recording, you can listen to it too.

🎧 GUIDED MEDITATIONS
