Notella Health is an AI clinical scribe and practice companion for doctors running solo and small practices in India.

Speak in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and other popular Indian languages. All are first-class: record in the language your clinic actually uses, switch mid-sentence, and Notella still writes the note.

You speak, Notella writes: Record the consultation as it happens, or record a voice note afterwards in your own words. Notella turns what you said into a structured clinical note, and the prescription, the bill and the follow-up flow from it. Every suggestion waits for your approval.

RECORD YOUR WAY
• Record the consultation: tap once and talk to your patient the way you always do. No dictation voice, no special phrasing.
• Record a voice note: after the patient leaves, say what you found, what you advised and what you prescribed. Same note, same prescription, same bill.
• Up to 30 minutes per recording. Transcription runs while you speak, so the note is ready soon after you finish.
• Pauses and silences are handled for you. Manual pause is there for off-record asides.
• Keeps recording if the network drops; uploads catch up when you are back online.
• Preview the recording before anything is generated.

CLINICAL NOTES
• Chief Complaint, History, Findings, Assessment and more, in seconds.
• Edit any section, regenerate, share.
• The original audio and transcript are kept unmodified, always available.

PRESCRIPTIONS
• Medications you mention are organised into a prescription: form, strength, dosage, frequency, duration and timing.
• Review, edit, share.

SMART BILLING
• Spoken charges become a draft ₹ bill: line items, quantities, per-item discounts, subtotal, round-off, total.
• Bills stay draft until a patient is assigned and you finalise. Then set a due date, record payments, share with the patient, or void anytime.
• Every bill numbered, like BILL/2026-27/0013.

APPOINTMENTS
• A real calendar with Agenda, Day, Week and Month views.
• Dictate several bookings and confirm them together in one review sheet.
• Smart slot suggestions that respect your working hours.
• Consultations and voice notes produce follow-up suggestions. Nothing is auto-booked; you schedule.
• Reschedule, cancel, complete, no-show, walk-ins and blocked hours.

AUTO PATIENT DETECTION
• After the note, Notella suggests which patient it belongs to. Apply it, create a new patient, choose manually, or dismiss. Nothing is assigned without you.

PATIENT HUB
• Details, consultations, prescriptions, bills, images and consent in one place.
• Photos and PDFs from gallery, camera or files, with captions and previews.
• Patient kiosk: hand your phone to the patient to fill in their own details.
• Consent signature captured in-app and linked to the patient record.

CASE SHARING
• Share a case with another doctor and choose exactly what travels: which images and, per consultation, the transcript, summary or audio. Set an expiry date. Revoke anytime.

YOU STAY IN CHARGE
• Originals are never modified.
• You approve every AI suggestion: patient, prescription, bill, appointment.
• Bills are draft until you finalise.
• Case shares expire and can be revoked.

Focus on treating your patients, not on managing them.
