Lost weight without counting a single calorie? That is exactly how this app works.

ActiveTrend is a weight loss tracker for people who tried calorie counting apps and quit. No weighing food, no scanning barcodes, no 300-item database search for one sandwich. You log how the day actually went - and that is enough to see the trend.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick your read of the day: deficit, ate normally, or overate.
2. Add quick food tags - fast food, coffee, sushi, broccoli, sweets.
3. Add activity tags - workout, strength training, rest day, was ill.
4. Log your weight when you feel like it and watch the trend line.

Five seconds a day. That is the whole habit.

WHY IT WORKS

Calorie counting fails for most people because it costs too much effort every single day. A simple, honest food diary you can keep for months beats a precise one you abandon in a week. ActiveTrend is built around consistency, not precision.

FEATURES

- Weight tracker with a clear progress chart and trend
- Fast food diary based on tags instead of calories
- Activity and workout logging
- Daily streak to keep the habit alive
- Home screen widget - log the day without opening the app
- Weekly AI insight: a personal summary of your eating and activity patterns
- Shareable weekly cards for stories
- BMI and a personal profile: sex, age, height, weight, activity level
- No account, no sign up, no email.

WHO IT IS FOR

- You want to lose weight but hate counting calories
- You have deleted a calorie counter app more than once
- You want a diet tracker that fits into a busy day
- You want to build sustainable eating habits instead of dieting in sprints
- You want to maintain your weight after losing it

The app does not tell you what to eat and does not prescribe a diet. It shows you the honest picture of your own habits, week after week - and that is usually what changes behavior.
