Preve brings the best AI scribe for physical therapies to your phone. Physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists, exercise physiologists, and chiropractors are no longer bound to a computer: your synced schedule and patients are right in the app, so you can scribe full sessions, create notes and plans, and film patient exercises wherever you work.

Built around how clinicians actually work (fast-paced, patient-focused, allergic to admin), Preve fits into your existing workflow instead of adding to it. Every note, plan, and clip syncs securely with your Preve web workspace in real time.

Exclusively for those on paid plans.

What's in the box

🎙️Record Full Sessions
Full session recording, now on mobile. Even when the phone is locked, Preve keeps transcribing securely and accurately while minimising impact on battery and performance.

📹 Film Patient Exercises
Film exercises with or without patients and instantly see them on the treatment plan. Secure, fast, and our most-loved feature. (Yes, you can film while recording a session.)

📝 Generate Clinical Notes
Create, update, and add context to clinical notes within a session or afterwards. Fast and effective, just like on web.

🗓️ Update Treatment Plans
View, create, and update treatment plans mid-session or any other time. Patient plans are easier than ever.

🔁 Real-Time Sync with Web
Start a session on one device and finish it on another. Preve apps sync in real time with the web platform.

What it means for your day

- Save around ten minutes of admin per visit. Charting, notes, and exercises happen in the moment, so you finish the session with the paperwork already done.
- No double handling. One system for charting, treatment plans, and exercise videos means nothing gets re-entered, re-uploaded, or re-formatted.
- Better continuity of care. Clearer, more personal plans are designed to help lift patient adherence and visits per case, without adding to your workload.

Why clinicians love it

Patients learn best visually, and clinicians work best without paperwork. Preve captures sessions, notes, plans, and exercise videos in the moment, improving adherence, clarity, and confidence without adding steps. Deliver a premium, personalised experience while staying focused on great clinical outcomes.

Security and compliance

All content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stays private to your Preve workspace. Patient videos and session data are never used for AI training. The app does not diagnose, prescribe, or deliver medical advice; it enables secure capture and documentation for clinical care. Meets APP and HIPAA standards and is ISO27001 ready.

How it works

1. Sign in with your verified Preve practitioner account.
2. Open your synced schedule and select a patient.
3. Record the session, generate notes, update the plan, or film exercises.
4. Everything syncs automatically to your Preve web workspace.

That's it. A single, reliable tool that makes every session more efficient and every treatment plan more personal.

Preve. Built for practitioners. Loved by patients.
