Sprites has no graphs and no streak counters. Instead, each habit is a soft, glowing orb in a night sky, and it rises and brightens as the habit takes hold.

Hang each habit on something you already do
Every habit follows a cue that's already part of your day: "meditate after lunch", "stretch after waking up", "read after dinner". Pick a cue or write your own, and tell Sprites roughly when it happens.

Gentle reminders
A heads-up arrives just before the cue. An hour after it, Sprites asks whether you did it, and you can answer Yes, Not yet or Snooze straight from the notification. You can mute a single habit, or switch either kind of reminder off for all of them.

A missed day is fine
Each habit earns a strength score that reflects how established it really is, rather than a count of days in a row. One missed day doesn't wipe out weeks of work.

One habit at a time
New habits stick better one at a time. After three weeks, once your first habit has settled in, Sprites invites you to add another. If you'd rather not wait, you don't have to.

Small things that help
• Tap an orb to select the habit
• Correct any day in the last two weeks
• Replay how your sky got to where it is
• Retire a habit you no longer need, and it stays as a faint, distant star
• Choose when your day starts, for late nights
• Export everything to a backup file, and import it on a new phone

Everything stays on your phone
Sprites has no account and no server. Your habits and history live in a database on your phone, and Sprites never uploads them. There are no analytics, no tracking and no ads.
