SicaSecure Lock is SICA Group's proprietary Mobile Device Management (MDM)
solution designed for device financing and credit management programmes
across East Africa.

When you receive a smartphone or tablet on loan through a SICA Group
financing partner, SicaSecure Lock ensures your repayment journey is simple,
transparent, and fully automated — right from your device screen.

HOW IT WORKS

Your device displays your current loan status, today's instalment amount,
and payment due date — always visible, always clear. Pay your daily or
weekly instalment via M-Pesa, Tigopesa, Selcom, or other supported mobile
money providers, and your device unlocks instantly upon payment confirmation.

Miss a payment? The device enters a restricted mode that still allows
emergency calls while prompting you to complete your installment. Once paid,
full access is restored automatically no calls to customer service, no
waiting.
