SAI Access is a secure, multi-practice eligibility verification and prior authorization portal built for healthcare billing teams. Verify patient benefits and submit prior authorization requests all in one place, without switching between payer portals or chasing payers by phone.

REAL-TIME ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
SAI Access connects directly to major clearinghouses to deliver instant, detailed eligibility responses for every patient. Each verification returns the complete benefit picture your team actually needs not just an active/inactive status:
1. Active coverage status and plan details
2. Individual and Family deductibles e.g., Total, Used, and Remaining
3. Out-of-pocket maximums across all tiers
4. Copays and coinsurance by service type
5. Telemedicine coverage and tier breakdowns
6. Visit limits and prior authorization requirement flags
7. Primary and secondary payer coordination
No more toggling between payer portals or asking staff to interpret raw EDI responses. SAI Access displays the full eligibility payload in a structured, readable interface your entire team can action immediately — from account managers assigning cases to front desk staff confirming coverage at check-in.

PRIOR AUTHORIZATION MANAGEMENT
Prior authorization delays cost practices time, revenue, and patient trust. SAI Access streamlines the entire prior auth workflow from first submission through to final decision, so your team always knows exactly where every case stands:
1. Submit PA requests directly from the patient case record
2. Assign cases to our team members with clear ownership and accountability
3. Track authorization status in real time across your full caseload
4. Receive payer decisions and approvals without leaving the portal
5. Document authorization numbers tied directly to the patient case for downstream billing

ROLE-BASED ACCESS ACROSS YOUR NETWORK
SAI Access is built for multi-practice networks where different team members need different levels of access. No one sees more than they should, and no step gets missed:
1. Account Managers — Upload case files, assign to team members, oversee workflow
2. Team Members — Complete manual verification and submission activities if payer does not support real time request, enter eligibility data, process PA requests, and conduct payer follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
3. Practice Providers — View case status, eligibility results, and authorization outcomes
4. Practice Admins — Read-only oversight across their practice's full caseload

SECURE AND COMPLIANT
Patient data is handled in full accordance with HIPAA requirements. All clearinghouse transactions use encrypted, standards-based EDI exchange. SAI Access is designed to scale across your full network of practices without compromising security, compliance, or auditability — whether you manage two locations or twenty.

WHO IS SAI ACCESS FOR?
1. Medical practices and specialty groups managing high eligibility check volumes
2. Billing and account management teams handling large case queues across multiple practices
3. Practice administrators who need read-only visibility across their full caseload
4. Any front-end team looking to eliminate payer portal switching and reduce manual data entry

WHAT MAKES SAI ACCESS DIFFERENT
Most eligibility portals return a basic active/inactive status and nothing more. Generic clearinghouse tools require staff to interpret raw EDI output they were never trained to read. SAI Access bridges both gaps — delivering rich, structured eligibility data and a complete prior authorization submission and tracking workflow, all in one role-aware portal that non-technical staff can use confidently from day one.
Eligibility verification and prior authorization are not the same process, but they belong on the same case record. SAI Access is one of the few portals that handles both — in the same workflow, on the same record, for the same patient.
